Early Childhood Education Leader

Maitland Childcare Centre is seeking a dynamic and confident leader to join our management team as an Assistant Manager/2Ic. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a warm and nurturing learning environment, inspiring learning opportunities for children aged birth to 5 years.
As an Assistant Manager/2Ic, you will be responsible for creating quality relationships with children, parents, and staff, and contributing to the success of our service. You will work collaboratively with the Service Manager to lead by example, setting high industry standards for your team.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification, a current and valid Working With Children Check, and First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis. You will also have experience leading and mentoring a team, managing daily operations, and communicating effectively with families, staff, and regulatory bodies.
