Job Title: Nominated Supervisor

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Nominated Supervisor to join our team at Early Learning Placements. As a Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality care and education is provided to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs and services
  • Ensure compliance with the EYLF, NQS, and Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including enrolments and waitlists
  • Oversee the curriculum and maintain centre budgets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership or 2ic role
  • Valid Working with Children's Check
  • Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • Proven ability to inspire, lead, and support a team of educators
