Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to oversee the front-end bidding and tendering process for major water infrastructure projects across Australia. This role involves leading multidisciplinary bid teams, developing bid strategies, and ensuring compliance with all technical, commercial, and contractual requirements.

  • Liaise with clients, joint venture partners, and subcontractors to build strong relationships and ensure alignment during the pre-contract phase.
  • Develop and implement bid strategies that align with client expectations, commercial objectives, and technical capabilities.
  • Lead the end-to-end pre-contracts process for major water infrastructure bids, including large panel and framework agreements.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 10+ years of experience in pre-contracts, tendering, or commercial roles within the infrastructure or construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing bids for large-scale water infrastructure projects, particularly within panel or alliance contracting environments.
  • Strong understanding of Australian water sector procurement processes and client expectations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercially astute with a strong grasp of contract law, risk management, and pricing strategies.
