Key Role:
The position of Manager Hazard Preparedness and Response National is crucial in understanding and meeting the needs of emergency management customers. This involves managing a section focused on articulating priority customer needs, as well as providing operational decision support services to the National Emergency Management Agency.
This role requires effective leadership skills to develop and implement strategies that meet the requirements of emergency management customers. The individual will be responsible for managing a team of professionals to deliver products and services that support emergency management operations.
Responsibilities:

- Leading a team of experts to deliver critical products and services that support emergency management operations.
- Providing operational decision support and other services to the National Emergency Management Agency 24/7.
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field such as emergency management, public administration, or business.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
