About the Position
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to enhance customer service at our Subiaco location. Our ideal candidate has a passion for food and customer service, with prior experience in food retail and customer-facing roles. They should have intermediate Microsoft office skills, a strong work ethic, and weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for customers.
- Help build the customer base through high levels of customer service and provide extensive product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
- Work within our quality assurance standards.
- Operate POS registers and maintain accurate key entry skills.
