  • We offer a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in IT while completing their studies.
  • This 18-24 month program is designed for individuals studying an IT-related degree, diploma, or certification.

Your New Role and Responsibilities

">
  • You will be the primary contact for customer inquiries and technical issues related to corporate IT systems.
  • Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving problems, supporting Windows environments, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support to end-users in the Asia Pacific region
  • Log and manage user incidents, service, and access requests
  • Maintain accounts (password resets, account unlocks, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telecommunication issues
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and maintain user communication
  • Maintain documentation, research issues, and troubleshoot

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Currently studying an IT-related degree, certification, or diploma with 18 to 24 months remaining
  • Experience in a customer-centric role
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and all Windows operating systems
  • Awareness of ITIL best practice methodology
  • Will to work onsite in a dynamic office environment
  • Prior service desk experience is desirable
