Key Account Manager Opportunity

This is a pivotal role for a seasoned sales professional to spearhead key customer relationships, drive growth, and foster strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Channel Strategy Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive access strategies by identifying market access opportunities and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to drive collaboration, gather feedback, and advise on forthcoming product developments.
  • Performance Tracking: Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and profitability margins.
  • Market Research: Analyze competitor strategies and market positioning, gathering insights from customers and partners.
  • Training and Support: Provide services to customers on product use and maintenance.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and support Sales Representatives and Business Development Executives.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Analyze sales data to create accurate forecasts and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and territory management within a technical consumer durable channel.
  • 3 years of sales team management.
  • Degree qualification.
