Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the development of comprehensive project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and effective progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate with development and delivery teams to create and review working programs, aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Provide and review schedule analysis, forecasts, and scenario planning to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain and manage the master program, encompassing sitewide activities, logistics, and interface coordination for assets.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project reports, forecasts, and analysis, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with requirements.
  • Offer in-depth analysis of progress status and schedule trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Work closely with the Project Controls team, leading meetings to discuss program development and updates.
  • Provide commercial teams with progress updates and forecasts to support budget forecasting and cash flow management.
The Ideal Candidate

A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with a minimum of 18 years of experience, including 8 years in a managerial role.
