We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team at Casey Stadium. This is a casual position offering flexible working hours and competitive pay rates.
About the Centre: Located in Cranbourne East, Casey Stadium is a multi-purpose facility within the Casey Complex precinct, providing various indoor sporting experiences to the surrounding community.
About the Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
- Conduct tours of the stadium with prospective members
- Provide sales solutions and promote available programs and services
- Process and balance customer payments accurately
This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a willingness to work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications: First Aid and CPR certificates are mandatory, while previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
