Business Transformation Lead

As a seasoned Business Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts and overseeing the successful delivery of PMO and business transformation services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex transformation projects, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging networks and relationships to secure new work.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within client organisations.
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of PMO and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution of projects, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Set and achieve performance targets for business development and project delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale transformation and PMO projects, ideally in a consultancy environment. Proven experience in sales and business development within the PMO, project management, or business transformation sectors is essential.
