IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive administration, maintenance, and security of an enterprise content management system. This role ensures the stability, integrity, and availability of all system environments, manages the systems lifecycle, implements and maintains content lifecycles, and addresses security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and monitor all system environments
  • Manage version upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure availability and integrity of resources
  • Maintain system documentation, disaster recovery plans, and standard operating procedures
  • Design and maintain content lifecycle processes aligned with business needs and compliance standards
  • Oversee user access controls, security patches, and vulnerability remediation
  • Support internal teams with technical assistance and platform insights
  • Collaborate across technology and business to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Contribute to risk and compliance activities
Requirements
  • Proven experience administering enterprise content management systems
  • Strong proficiency in SQL database administration, querying, and maintenance
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple system environments
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle methodologies
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing content lifecycles
  • Strong understanding of system security principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and effective communication skills
