Job Title: Sustainability Consultant

Sustainability Role Overview

This role plays a vital part in designing sustainable projects that minimize environmental impact.

  • Develop innovative solutions to reduce carbon footprint and promote eco-friendly practices.
  • Analyse and report on sustainability metrics to ensure project compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable design principles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainable design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform sustainability design analysis, microclimate analysis, computational simulation, and documentation.
  • Manage green building certification and develop strategies for water conservation.
  • Drive the reduction of upfront emissions, transportation, and energy audits.
  • Work across various sectors including Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Retail, and Residential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Built Environment, or related field.
  • Proficiency in ESD rating tools such as Green Star, NABERS, LBC etc.
  • Knowledge of energy modelling software and parametric modelling software (Grasshopper/Rhino/Dynamo) is an advantage.
