
Operational Process Improvement Lead

As the Operational Process Improvement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our organization by evaluating, monitoring, and refining existing processes. This involves collaborating with key stakeholders and business units to identify high-risk operational practices and lead ongoing reviews of existing processes to enhance control effectiveness and support productivity gains across the department.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will drive process improvements and manage change initiatives, leveraging your experience within the industry to implement effective solutions that promote all aspects of our commitment to taking good care of our guests, team members, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, monitoring, and revising operational processes across the organization
- Support newly introduced internal control manuals and ensuring adequate controls are documented in SOPs and training materials
- Continually reviewing processes to ensure optimal controls are in place and productivity improvements are ongoing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and managing change initiatives
- Experience within the industry, with strong knowledge of sector regulations
- The ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions to enhance performance
- Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs and workplace instructions
- Strong problem-solving abilities and stakeholder engagement skills
