As the Operational Process Improvement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our organization by evaluating, monitoring, and refining existing processes. This involves collaborating with key stakeholders and business units to identify high-risk operational practices and lead ongoing reviews of existing processes to enhance control effectiveness and support productivity gains across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, monitoring, and revising operational processes across the organization
  • Support newly introduced internal control manuals and ensuring adequate controls are documented in SOPs and training materials
  • Continually reviewing processes to ensure optimal controls are in place and productivity improvements are ongoing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and managing change initiatives
  • Experience within the industry, with strong knowledge of sector regulations
  • The ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions to enhance performance
  • Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs and workplace instructions
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and stakeholder engagement skills
