Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, PMO to lead our central project management office in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving consistent delivery across all projects by providing standards, governance, and tools that enable confident scaling and expansion.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement PMO standards across disciplines, ensuring consistent and high-quality asset delivery.
  • Monitor and drive compliance with PMO standards across all projects.
  • Lead, manage, and continuously improve governance controls across the project lifecycle – ensuring risks are escalated at each milestone gate to support informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate root cause analyses, retrospectives, and lessons learned, ensuring outcomes are captured, documented, and embedded into future delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience leading or in a PMO, preferably with a data centre or large infrastructure development and construction company.
  • Project/program management certification (Prince2, PMI etc) and/or a bachelor's degree in project management or engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • History of successful stakeholder management.
