Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced senior professional to lead our Workday Financials solutions team.

This individual will be a core member of the finance leadership team, playing a dual role as both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor.   • Main Responsibilities:

    • Participate in client orals and pre-sales discussions to position the firm's capabilities effectively.
  • Leadership & People Development:
    • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.
    • Mentor and coach consultants, providing regular feedback and supporting career development.
    • Conduct skills assessments and recommend cross-training opportunities.
    • Manage team performance and utilization targets, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
  • Practice Management:
    • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Workday Finance practice.
    • Lead or support key practice initiatives and innovation efforts.
    • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning through town halls and internal forums.
