Key Responsibilities:

The Victim Response Officer is responsible for managing referrals for eligible victims of crime and their immediate family, providing immediate and trauma-informed support, undertaking referrals to appropriate support services, facilitating priority assistance, maintaining collaborative working relationships with external stakeholders, responding empathetically and effectively to victims of crime, and identifying ways to continually improve services.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated individual who can work collaboratively with our team to provide effective support to victims of crime. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Main Responsibilities:
