Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a positive reputation for Aware Super with existing adviser and licensee clients and promote and establish a new pipeline of advisers and licensees to distribute the Fund's products and services;
  • Lead the build out of Aware's offer to advisers and licensees across Australia to generate new members, FUM, and relationship opportunities;
  • Drive Lead Generation activity (outbound calls plus event and conference attendance) as directed;
  • Create opportunities for growth and brand awareness with industry association sponsorships and other key influencers;
  • Maintain deep understanding of the financial advice regulatory environment and the strategic and practical impacts it could have on advisers and for growth in the financial adviser channel.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of current and proposed superannuation legislation, industry trends and superannuation products;
  • Demonstrated experience and networks across the financial advice market;
  • Excellent understanding of superannuation and financial advice regulatory, operational and competitive environments;
  • RG146 (Superannuation) qualification and current drivers licence;
  • You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
