**About the Role**

As a Clinical Leader for Aged Care, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services, and quality lifestyle for our residents.

Calvary Mt Carmel provides quality care for 41 residents and also offers respite accommodation and independent living.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership to staff
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements
  • Develop and implement care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

  • Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
  • Commitment to contemporary aged care practice
  • Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
