With over two decades of expertise in managing workers' compensation claims, a unique opportunity has arisen to join a pioneering DXC team and contribute to the application of DXC's claims management proficiency to icare and the residents of New South Wales.

The Senior Case Manager is responsible for overseeing the necessary interventions to ensure that high-risk cases achieve optimal recovery and return-to-work results. Collaborating closely with case managers, the Senior Case Manager will utilize their advanced skills in injury management and return-to-work strategies, alongside exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities, to secure the best possible outcomes.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Proficient in gathering information from diverse stakeholders to formulate effective strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability in implementing comprehensive case management approaches.
  • Strong background in claims management within the New South Wales workers' compensation framework.
  • Experience in preparing for and participating in claims reviews and clinical case discussions to facilitate effective outcomes.
  • Familiarity with medical and paramedical terminology and procedures, including applicable treatment methods for various injuries.
  • Well-honed problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
