We are seeking an experienced Senior Fashion Fit Specialist to join our Design & Production team, working closely with various teams across our entire range.

This is a dynamic position that requires strong collaboration and communication skills, working alongside other specialists and teams within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of garment fit, pattern making, and grading, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the Design and production team to refine garment designs and ensure accurate patterns
  • Creating tech packs and communicating with off-shore factories to ensure seamless production
  • Liaising daily with suppliers in China regarding re-fits, fabrics, finishes, and grading
  • Maintaining open communication with the Production team to ensure timely completion of projects

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the fast fashion industry
  • Tertiary education in Design, Pattern making, and Grading is essential
  • Strong industry-leading software skills, including Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant textile technology
  • In-depth knowledge of fabric testing, textile properties, and quality assurance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
