Masterplanned Communities Leader

We are seeking an accomplished leader to oversee the development and implementation of our Masterplanned Communities vision.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, driving project strategy, stakeholder relationship management, and end-to-end project delivery. This role involves working closely with key stakeholders, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and promoting environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for current and prospective projects.
  • Sustainability Leadership: Implement the Residential Sustainability Policy at the project level, fostering environmental responsibility.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring meticulous execution of all phases.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and cultivate strategic relationships.
Requirements:
  • Collaborative Leadership: Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams with a collaborative and adaptive approach.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project planning, cost management, and risk assessment.
  • Development Management: Track record in development management, particularly within greenfield residential land or similar sectors.
  • Stakeholder Management Skills: Exceptional ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial insight with significant experience in forecasting and financial management.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Focused on utilizing customer insights to inform decision-making processes.
  • Educational Qualifications: Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, providing a solid academic foundation.
