About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage client accounts, oversee project delivery and foster long-term partnerships.

This dynamic role requires expertise in branding, digital marketing, design and content creation, as well as strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery of projects and effective communication.
  • Maintain high-quality work that meets client brand, marketing and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative solutions align with commercial targets.
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from briefing and scoping to scheduling and reporting.
  • Foster best practice client service and contribute to partnership growth.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.

Strong production skills and experience working with large organisations are essential for this role. Additionally, a solid understanding of branding, marketing communications and digital campaigns is required.
