Retail, Consumer & Auto (RCA) provides specialised contract warehouse and distribution services to a range of industries across the globe including Consumer & Beverages, Specialty Retail, Auto and FMCG. We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.
The Role
Toll Group is in search of a high calibre Senior Account and Client Manager to join the team in Melbourne. In this role you will manage the designated Lead Logistics Management account(s) for Toll Global Logistics Automotive Industrials in conjunction with Global Express and approved third party providers. This includes ensuring that the transportation and logistics activities provided surpass customer expectation and deliver innovative and leading edge solutions supported by the Toll Group that are collectively unbeatable.
As the Senior Account and Client Manager, you will:

National Transport Leadership: Oversee national transport services for major customers across the Toll Group, ensuring consistent service improvement across networks .

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders, including routine feedback and monthly presentations.

Innovative Supply Chain Solutions: Collaborate with customers to implement innovative and efficient supply chain strategies.

Workplace Safety & Culture: Lead initiatives that promote a safer, more productive work environment.

Team Management: Manage a team of transport professionals across multiple locations.

Commercial & Performance Accountability: Drive commercial outcomes, monitor KPIs, forecasting, and continuous improvement targets.
About You
Qualifications:

Business or Supply Chain & Logistics or working towards the completion of a relevant
undergraduate degree
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in the Transport Logistics industry
-
Experience in leading, managing and mentoring a team would be advantageous
-
Good attention to detail and strong analytical skills
-
Confident to work closely with other department managers so as to achieve a common goal

Exceptional Customer Service Skills Strong PowerPoint and Visio knowledge A solutions-focused approach and a willingness to adapt to day-to-day objectives
