Key Responsibilities
  • Plan Management Services: Provide high-quality plan management services and advice to participants, ensuring their plans are implemented effectively.
  • Customer Liaison: Undertake customer and stakeholder liaison and negotiation activities to resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Enquiry Management: Manage a variety of inbound customer enquiries and correspondence, including account enquiries, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Data Integrity: Contribute to and conduct data reconciliations to ensure data integrity is maintained, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Requirements
  • NDIS Knowledge: Have a willingness to learn and develop an in-depth understanding of the NDIS Pricing Arrangement, Operational Guidelines, and legislation.
  • Service Management: Have a sound understanding of best practice service management principles and practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and customer focus to deal with enquiries with diplomacy and tact.
  • Communication: Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Independence: Have a proven ability to work with minimal supervision and to prioritise work within tight timeframes in a dynamic office environment.
