About This Role:

The finance director will oversee all financial aspects of the organization.

  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals;
  • Direct and control the financial functions for the group; and
  • Advise leadership on the financial implications of business activities and proposed plans.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders;
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and related systems (Xero & Jobpac); and
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and manage treasury functions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA or CPA qualification;
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in construction or development;
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis;
  • Mature and hands-on individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong commercial awareness and complex project accounting experience.
