About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large residential project in Brisbane, with a company that prioritizes the health and safety of their employees.

The successful candidate will have recent experience working as an HSE Advisor in a commercial construction environment, with up-to-date knowledge of HSE legislation and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HSE systems and procedures
  • Conduct site audits and toolbox talks to ensure compliance with HSE regulations
  • Collaborate with senior management and subcontractors to ensure a safe working environment
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of HSE-related activities
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working as an HSE Advisor in a commercial construction company
  • Confidence in communicating with senior management and subcontractors
  • Diligent with paperwork and record-keeping
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Minimum Cert IV in Health and Safety
