Laser Specialist Role

This role requires professionals who can handle routine tasks with ease and take satisfaction in providing exceptional client experiences.

The Laser Specialist will administer safe laser treatments, educate clients on the removal process, and oversee various laser and operational activities.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to our protocol.
  2. Ensure compliance with our standards for safety protocol, treatment guidelines, and client information and records.
  3. Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service while communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes.
  4. Maintain a high level of accountability while collaborating with the team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture.
  5. Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth studio operations and client experience.
  6. Ensure compliance with company learning and development requirements and maintain up-to-date licensing credentials.
Requirements
  • Effective and client-centric communication style.
  • Qualification/experience in Beauty therapy, Nursing, Diploma of Cosmetic Laser & Light Therapies (or in the process of completion) preferred but not essential.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to sit for hour-long increments.
  • Able to lift 10 lbs or more repetitively.
  • High-level comfort with treating and interacting with the human body.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
  • Strong wrist dexterity and strength with the ability to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms).
  • Able to visually assess the client's skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser.
