Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate sales and laser specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, educating clients on the tattoo removal process, and providing safe and thorough treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closing sales and building strong relationships with clients through consultative selling and education.
  • Developing local area business partnerships through community networking and outreach in collaboration with our marketing team.
  • Building referral relationships with clients, businesses, and tattoo artists.
  • Conducting client consultations and educating them about the tattoo removal process.
  • Providing high-quality laser treatments that meet our treatment protocols.
  • Training new laser technicians and ensuring they are knowledgeable and confident in their abilities.
  • Following all sanitation and clinical protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicating realistic expectations and outcomes to clients.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through superior customer service.
Requirements
  • Possession of a passion for the tattoo removal industry and a commitment to empathizing with clients during an emotional time in their lives.
  • Excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills, gained in a retail, med spa, or similar setting.
  • Qualifications in beauty therapy, nursing, or diploma in cosmetic laser & light therapies.
  • Previous experience in laser/IPL is highly desirable but not essential.
  • A proven track record in customer service and needs-based selling in a beauty role.
  • An ability to remain flexible and seek alternative solutions to problems.
  • Comfortable and competent in conducting client consultations and selling services.
  • Proven negotiation and objection-handling skills in a consultative environment.
  • Motivated and results-driven individual.
