We are seeking a skilled and passionate receptionist to join our team.

About the Job:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for clients
  • Greet clients, check them in, and manage appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Manage massage rooms and maintain a tidy clinic
  • Support therapists with tasks such as laundry and scheduling
  • Sell and promote products and therapies to clients
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback, escalating issues to management as needed
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Inform clients about clinic services and products to facilitate informed decisions

Requirements:

  • Courtesy and professionalism in all interactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or system administration preferred
  • Australia work authorization required
