Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Modeler to join our team. As a key member of our performance management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge financial planning and reporting solutions for clients across various industries.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and data analysis. You should possess excellent communication skills, a natural ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues, and the talent to design, develop, and deliver solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

The role involves leading the analysis and design process, translating requirements into functional designs, and employing proven delivery methodologies to achieve project success. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of professional communication, developing and building solutions to agreed designs, and aligning solutions with tactical and strategic values and plans within client organisations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Greater than 5 years' experience in delivering financial models
  • Workday Adaptive Planning (formerly Adaptive Insights) experience
  • Experience in developing driver-based financial models, specifically 3-way financial modelling with an understanding of accounting
  • Genuine talent for grasping complex financial problems and engineering effective solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum education level of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject – Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Finance & Accounting
