As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will partner with our customers to help attract, engage, and hire top talent from diverse backgrounds. You will assist with our vision by supporting the TA Strategy and key team priorities, including employer brand, strategic sourcing, digital, and diversity agenda.

The People team works with each business unit to make Zurich a great place to work. The team comprises of BU HR, Performance & Reward, Health & Wellbeing, Payroll, Service/Operations, Talent & Diversity, and Talent Acquisition.

To succeed in this role, you should have in-house or RPO recruitment experience from a large Corporate, with expertise in Tech recruitment. Insurance or Financial Services industry experience is beneficial, but not required. Success Factors ATS experience is ideal, but not mandatory.
