The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and reporting on damages, collaborating with our panel of repairers and internal claims team to determine the most effective repair methods. Your expertise will ensure our customer service standards are consistently met, while also driving business growth through efficient claim resolution.

We are seeking a skilled individual with strong analytical and communication skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in building methodology, scope creation, and time management will be highly regarded.

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Assess and report on damages to domestic insured properties
  • Provide accurate scopes of works for rectification works
  • Support claims teams in reviewing expert reports and providing technical advice
  • Submit reports and review documentation in a timely manner
  • Determine and advise on the best method of repair for buildings
