High-Performance ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring ServiceNow ITOM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, ensuring optimal performance and functionality across the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and manage Service Portal components, providing a seamless user experience for stakeholders and IT teams.
- Collaborate with ITSM, development, and infrastructure teams to align ITOM with business objectives and workflows.
- Develop and execute integration plans to link ITOM with external systems, tools, and environments.
- Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and optimizing ITOM processes.
- Lead and support ServiceNow ITOM-related upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
- Design automation workflows for IT operations and improve operational efficiency.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM) certification.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow ITOM with third-party tools or platforms.
- Familiarity with Cloud environments and integrating with ServiceNow.
- Experience with ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization.
- Strong understanding of network and infrastructure operations, including monitoring tools and processes.
