Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Cadillac Partnerships and Events Manager to join our team at General Motors Australia & New Zealand (GM ANZ). This role offers a unique opportunity to grow the Cadillac brand through key target audience and customer events, generating passion and connection to the brand and familiarity with its products.

About the Role
As a Cadillac Partnerships and Events Manager, you will lead all project management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to produce successful events. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Budgeting, ordering, and management of all event tasks in line with the Cadillac brand guidelines, visual identity, and customer experience.
  2. Evaluating and engaging in strategic partnerships with retailers, brands, and personalities to deliver benefits for owners and assist in growing interest in the Cadillac brand.
  3. Negotiating partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and results, working alongside the marketing team to align partnerships with the broader strategy.
  4. Leaving no stone unturned in amplifying brand reach and increasing potential customer pipelines through all partnerships.
  5. Measuring key event metrics, including return on investment (ROI), and preparing reports for internal communication.
  6. Coordinating and working alongside internal stakeholders to align event goals with the broader business objectives.
  7. Maintaining an up-to-date calendar of events and sharing it with the broader team to ensure timely execution.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of marketing and partnership strategies, who can craft compelling storytelling and drive engagement. If you have at least 4 years' experience in similar roles or functions, along with an understanding of the automotive or luxury segments, we encourage you to apply.

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, understand the importance of data and analytics, and be able to use CRM tools for invitations, RSVPs, and event check-in, as well as lead management. Experience in digital marketing, design, or photography would be desirable. Most importantly, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to develop and report on KPIs, working cross-functionally to align all activity to business objectives.
