As a Medical Sales Representative with Healthcare Professionals Group, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the pharmaceutical industry. Under the guidance of our Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of market-leading products and managing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive product sales and market share growth.
- Execute educational initiatives to promote our products and services to healthcare professionals.
- Fulfill sales call obligations, including travel to meet with customers and partners.
- Coordinate and host events, such as product launches and medical conferences, to showcase our products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in sales skills, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Science, Medicine, or Business.
- Desirable but not mandatory: sales experience and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of the Australian pharmaceutical marketplace.
- Ability to operate a vehicle without any constraints.
