Green Thumb Leadership Opportunity

A dynamic and experienced leader is required to manage a team of maintenance staff in our garden operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Develop and implement schedules and task prioritization to meet timely completion of garden maintenance activities
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance horticultural skills and safety practices
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess condition and identify improvements needed
  • Interact with clients to understand preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years experience in landscaping or related field
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • White Card and valid Drivers' license
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
