Overview

We're seeking expert strategists who combine quantitative research with trading expertise to develop new electronic strategies and monitor real-time performance. As a hybrid of our core disciplines, these traders continuously communicate and connect ideas between trading, technology, and quantitative research.

What You'll Do
  1. You'll investigate trading ideas by immersing yourself in market data, leveraging tools in mathematics, statistics, and programming.
  2. Through research, you may discover new patterns that can transform into profitable trading signals.
  3. You'll run these signals through our backtesting environment, analyze their performance, and refine them for production.
  4. Once implemented, you'll actively monitor the signals' real-time performance in financial markets.
  5. You'll collaborate with researchers and strategists to collect feedback, brainstorm new ideas, and drive the development of new quant projects.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Honours or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics.
  • Solid analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent logical reasoning.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience writing code to process large data sets, especially in Python.
  • Knowledge of C++ or other low-level programming languages is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated interest in strategic games and/or competitive activities.
