Job Responsibilities
  • Perform all work specified on the repair order according to dealership standards, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct test drives using diagnostic tools and special service equipment to diagnose vehicle systems.
  • Maintain, repair, and diagnose engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems.
  • Communicate with customers regarding additional services needed and provide estimates for repairs, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
  • Execute warranty repairs under manufacturer specifications, adhering to industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Service Technician.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, along with ASE Certification.
  • Hold B-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • Demonstrate dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
  • Maintain a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new technology, repair procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates in a dynamic environment.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
