Lifestyle Program Manager
Develop and implement lifestyle programs that enhance residents' wellbeing, social engagement, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized and group activities to promote resident choice and participation
- Conduct needs assessments to understand resident preferences and develop targeted lifestyle plans
- Plan and coordinate events and programs for residents and their families, fostering a sense of community and belonging
- Provide coaching, supervision, and guidance to the lifestyle team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
Requirements:
- A compassionate approach to care and a passion for delivering exceptional service to seniors
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships
- Effective coaching and training skills to support team growth and development
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
