Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior IT Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to lead the seamless execution of complex, multi-phase IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with scope and quality expectations.

The individual in this role will serve as the Project Service Delivery Manager, responsible for ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery across medium to large-scale database build and migration projects. This includes driving end-to-end process improvements and strengthening governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capacity planning
  • Financial recovery
  • Weekly change reporting
  • Front-door and pipeline management
  • Milestone tracking
  • Leading Agile and Scrum practices establishment and scaling
  • Serving as the primary escalation point for customers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end service and project delivery with involvement in planning, Quality of delivery, Finance, execution, process, and governance for medium, to large-scale IT Infra transformation projects.
  • Deep expertise in process frameworks, governance, and operating models.
  • Supervising the delivery team to ensure alignment with quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
  • Monitoring and providing guidance on team delivery progress, processes, risk management, and compliance.
  • Demonstrating effective stakeholder management with customers and vendors, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric culture.
  • Demonstrating outstanding communication, issue resolution, and reporting skills, and serving as the primary engagement point of contact for customers' stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating advanced proficiency in the Agile framework, with proven experience in implementation and expertise using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and ServiceNow.
  • Extensive knowledge of business operations and financial processes.
