Job Title:

A seasoned Dev Ops professional is sought after to spearhead infrastructure transformations and develop automation strategies in a unified AWS environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement intricate infrastructure transformations, including legacy system migrations to the AWS cloud, and conduct lift-and-shift migrations efficiently.
  • Develop and implement monitoring strategies, along with crafting automation for monitoring, software deployment, and operational workflows effectively.
  • Carry out system monitoring, conduct regular system backups, respond to incidents, migrate databases, configure databases, and optimize costs for improved efficiency.

This role involves transforming diverse acquired products into a scalable AWS environment with robust monitoring and automation that minimizes incidents. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of AWS infrastructure, proficient programming skills in Python or JavaScript, and experience in managing and migrating production databases.

Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of AWS infrastructure architecture.
  • Proficient programming skills in Python or JavaScript for developing automation and tools.
  • Proven experience in managing and migrating production databases with various engines (including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS-SQL).
  • Advanced skills in Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation).
  • Expertise in Linux systems administration.
