The production of financial statements, tax, and regulatory reporting is a critical function within our organization. We are seeking a Senior Vice President - Tax and Financial Reporting Senior Manager to lead this team in Sydney.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee tax and financial reporting operations, including personnel management, and collaborate across departments to develop cost-effective solutions that meet client expectations.
  2. Evaluate new business opportunities against existing capabilities and provide strategic recommendations.

  4. Assess risks and controls, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal controls.
  5. Lead strategic planning, prioritize business development, and oversee execution.

  8. Participate in industry initiatives, support governance and ethical standards.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in financial services, client and project management, strategic and operational management.
  • Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting, financial services, and global markets.
