Network Engineer Career Development Opportunity

Leaders IT is seeking a Network Engineer to join our award-winning Capacity Uplift Program. This unique opportunity provides recent graduates or career-transitioning professionals with hands-on experience, industry-recognized training, and a strong foundation in networking and IT infrastructure.

As a Network Engineer, you will collaborate with experienced engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to contribute to the design, deployment, and maintenance of technical engineering solutions. This role offers structured training, mentorship, and practical experience to prepare you for a successful career in networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and maintain technical engineering designs.
  • Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to gather technical information and support solution deployment.
  • Assist in implementing customer solutions with guidance and transition them to BAU (Business as Usual).
  • Participate in structured training, including: Networking fundamentals, Industry certifications (JNCIA Routing & Switching, Aruba Wireless, Security Firewall), Network security, LAN/WAN, and data center networking concepts, Soft skill development for professional growth.
  • Work openly and inclusively with others in a team environment.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
