About the Role:

As a key member of our Retail Team, we're seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our Store Management team.

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in leading the store team and driving sales growth.
  • Coaching and developing the skills of the in-store team to enhance customer service and sales performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve overall revenue.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and styling advice to customers.
  • Managing new stock deliveries and maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks for the store, including payroll, banking, and rostering.
