About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to join our team as a Senior Platform Engineer - Information Protection. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and creativity.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing, building, running, and evolving tools, infrastructure, templates, and capabilities that our engineers use to deliver business value. They will also write code that automates running our infrastructure and environments, working collaboratively with customer-facing product engineers to design, build, and run platforms that deliver customer value at greater quality, velocity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software and platforms using languages such as Python and Go.
  • Ensure that all deployment and operations are automated as possible, using infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
  • Maintain the underlying infrastructure to ensure it is reliable, secure, and scalable.
  • Make all platforms entirely self-service, secure, and available within minutes without human approval.
  • Continuously evolve our platforms to embrace new technology and improve the happiness and efficiency of our software engineers.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Purview DLP.
  • Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow standard & customized workspace.
  • Experience as Software Engineer/DevSecOps/DevOps/System Engineer in Cloud environment.
  • Expertise working with AWS Infrastructure essential.
  • Experience with container technology: Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
  • Strong experience with scripting/programming in programming languages such as PowerShell, Java, JavaScript, Bash, Python, YAML, etc.
  • Experience working with Infrastructure as Code Cloudformation, Terraform, CDK, AWS CodeBuild/CodePipeline highly regarded.
  • Experience working with CI/CD & automation tools like Github, Github Actions, Teamcity, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipeline.
  • Experience with Logging and Monitoring tools like Observe/Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and Pagerduty.
  • Systematic problem-solving approach and proactively continue improving current processes and tools.

Salary

$150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
