Our vision is to drive growth by identifying, building and maintaining key locations across the country. We are seeking a strategic thinker who can identify potential new sites for development into McDonald's restaurants in WA.

We offer a challenging role that requires using industry connections, real estate knowledge and experience to actively find potential new sites (freehold or leasehold) to develop into McDonald's restaurants in WA. The ideal candidate will conduct detailed research into potential sites; critically assess and evaluate the feasibility, suitability and potential of each site to become a successful and profitable McDonald's restaurant location.

The selected candidate will present feasibility analysis and recommendations to leadership to assist stakeholders to understand the strengths and risks of each potential site when making financial decisions around property acquisition or leasing.

This role involves managing the end-to-end property acquisition (or leasing) process, including working with internal teams and external consultants to negotiate deals, seek approvals, finalise legal documentation and pursue relevant authority approvals up to possession of the property.

We require the ability to work closely with specialist external consultants and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Strong communication skills are necessary to engage with key stakeholders, create alignment, keep projects on track and deliver on our goals.

The selected candidate will use their real estate expertise and market analysis techniques to provide advice to the business on appropriate market prices, market rents and other cost considerations.
