Role Overview

Support Mental Health Recovery

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support people experiencing mental illness in their recovery journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to make a positive impact and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support to clients to aid their recovery from mental illness
  • Coordinate services and facilitate access to mental health resources
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized recovery plans

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations and understanding of the Recovery Model of Care
