The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a contemporary industrial relations strategy and framework for our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a negotiation strategy and roadmap in collaboration with leaders.
  • Support Enterprise Agreement planning, negotiation, and implementation.
  • Manage external matters and represent the company at hearings.
  • Develop effective tools and resources for compliant and respectful internal employment relations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have significant industrial relations experience and a proven track record of building and executing positive industrial relations that strengthen internal and external relationships. Relevant qualifications and the ability to influence through formal and informal communication are essential.
