About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving performance improvement and cost optimization within a supply chain environment. You'll be responsible for managing the performance of suppliers and service providers, establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, reviewing assurance findings, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of suppliers and service providers to ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks to monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers and service providers.
- Review assurance findings and ensure adherence to standards and regulations, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance and reliability of the motor supply chain.
- Identify and manage risks within the supply chain, implementing strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.
