Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in North Parramatta. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and passion for occupational therapy with junior therapists, while also contributing to the growth and development of our clients living with a disability.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake assessments and provide intervention with a focus on evidence-based practice.
- Provide clinical supervision, knowledge, and support to junior therapists.
- Work alongside and collaborate with an expert Senior OT to achieve best practice services.
- Develop and implement home modification recommendations and prescribe equipment and assistive technologies.
- Liaise with families and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide treatment, guidance, and education to individuals and their carers.
- Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy (with AHPRA registration).
- A passion for facilitating and enabling meaningful outcomes for people with disability and their families.
- Desire to work with and support junior therapists.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Current driver's license and car.
- Working with Children Check, National Police Check, Children's First Aid training (or willingness to obtain these).
- Some clinical Occupational Therapy and NDIS experience.
- Generous salary in the region of $100 – $120K Base + Super dependant on experience.
